This is a studio condominium, connected by a privacy door, similar to two adjoining luxury hotel suites. It is ideal for two couples or a family, as it offers a full kitchen for a complete meal preparation as well as great privacy between the two rooms.

Standard occupancy for this Deluxe Studio Condominium is 4 with an additional person allowed with the use of a roll-away bed and an extra person fee (please specify when booking).

# 301 IS A DELUXE STUDIO SUITE WITH 400 SQUARE FEET.
This room includes a totally new kitchen with granite counters, distressed alder cabinets, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and gas range/double oven plus a microwave hood – An ideal place to fix a meal for friends & family. The sleeping area offers a king sized bed that can be converted into two twins (please specify when booking), gas fireplace with handsome stone surround, plus ample storage space for clothing & ski wear. There is satellite television as well as a Blue Ray DVD player. A small balcony off the sleeping area offers a view of Lift One and Al’s Run, as well as a view toward Wheeler Peak. The balcony also includes an electric BBQ, suitable for grilling steaks or burgers. The bath was also recently renovated and features a separate sink as well as a compartmented area for the tub/shower & toilet.

# 302 IS A DELUXE HOTEL ROOM WITH 200 SQUARE FEET.
This room includes a small refrigerator and a combination microwave / pizza oven – Suitable for a small, impromptu meal or a snack. The sleeping area offers a king sized bed that can be converted into two twins (please specify when booking), plus there is storage space for clothing & ski wear. There is no balcony, but a charming bay window offers a view toward Wheeler Peak. This bath was also recently renovated and features a separate sink as well as a compartmented area for the shower & toilet.
